• Manage project timeline and resource planning to minimize disruptions, and anticipate obstacles including risk management
• Analyze and evaluate current processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with operation teams to define the process improvement project and design automated workflows to output functionals and data to streamline the work process and increase operation productivity
• Responsible for scoping, designing, developing, deploying, testing, and monitoring Robotic Process Automations across business processes.
• Deal with uncertain situations/incidents that require technical support to manage a business team.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to work independently, have strong problem solving and organization skills, with a high initiative and a sense of accountability and ownership.
• Strong communication skills, ability to transform technical terms into understandable context and good English communication.
• Good project management skills to plan, control test / automation timeline and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience with web or software development with Java Script, Python or similar.
