Job Description
- You will lead a team of smart and pragmatic functional experts to build product and services that are frameworks, libraries and primitives that allow Grab support to build their products and services more efficiently
- You will develop and implement customised solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- You will improve workflows, validation rules, and dashboards within the CRM system.
- You will support and coordinate integrations and testing with third-party applications and oversee system deployments.
- You will collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to solve integration issues and provide tailored technical solutions.
- You will mentor team members, providing technical guidance on CRM customisation and configuration.
- Work with your team on the following:
- Future roadmaps for the team
- Run sprints and plan out the work for the sprint
- Design and enhance D365 components setting a high standard for availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of Grab's range of products
- Build and deploy performant Power app solutions
- Write unit, functional and end-to-end tests
- Write high-quality and well documented code, and ensure documentation of our tools are up-to-date
- Safely roll-out large changes and updates that impact our customer support agents
- Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues
- Be part of on-call for the services we own, and participate in post-mortems for any incidents
Qualifications
- You have at least 7 years of experience in software related customer service/ contact centre operations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or equivalent CRM applications in cloud implementations.
- You understand CRM data structures and architecture.
- You are proficienct in developing with C#, .NET, JavaScript, REST, JSON, and API Web Services.
- You have experience using Power BI and low code tools like the Power Platform.
- Solid project management capabilities, including experience with Agile and waterfall methodologies.
- You focus on data-driven decision-making and have experience managing and achieving successful outcomes with third-party vendors.
