Get to Know the Role
This role, sitting in the commercial team, requires you to develop a deep understanding of the Deliveries and Grab Fin business (GrabFood, GrabMart, Jaya Grocer, GrabPay, GrabInsure) and lead planning and implementation of growth strategies on Grab using different in-house promotion, marketing and advertising levers.
You will also partner closely with Grabbers across marketing, account management, product teams on package design and pricing; performance analysis & reporting; and overall program operations.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Strategic Solution Development: Strategize and implement solutions tailored to diverse merchant and user segments by fostering cross-departmental collaboration to drive shared goals, optimize processes, and achieve measurable results.
- Data Analysis: Use data-driven insights and deep product understanding to design and propose strategic campaigns and innovative experiments/initiatives that effectively drive demand growth and optimize business results.
- Stakeholder & Project Management: Establish and maintain effective partnerships with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute initiatives, regular updates and alignment on shared goals for successful outcomes.
- Operational Excellence: Identify and implement scalable operational improvements to streamline processes, enhance program efficiency, and support sustainable growth.
Qualifications
You have:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in growth planning, online marketing, or driving strategic demand-generation initiatives within the online industry.
- Work experience in, or a strong understanding of, Retail, F&B, E-commerce, or Consulting is highly advantageous.
- Data-Driven decision making, with a proven ability to extract actionable performance insights from large, complex datasets to inform program design and drive iterative optimization
- Demonstrated expertise in influencing P&L outcomes through strategic, data-driven recommendations with proficiency in SQL
- Skills in presenting data-driven insights, using clear and concise language, visualizations, and reports to provide actionable recommendations, while fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Strong project management capabilities to lead seamless execution across cross-functional teams.
- High acquiring proficiency with tools and products, applying expertise to integrate internal systems for the seamless execution and management of marketing initiatives.
- Previous experience in a high-growth, or tech-driven company
- Proven ability to excel in high-growth environments, while effectively and efficiently delivering high-quality results within timelines.
