Get to Know the Team

Join the GrabAds Measurement team and collaborate across regional advertisers and media agencies as an integral part of digital advertising impact measurement. We focus on delivering data-driven insights that enable our clients to evaluate the value of their ad spend and gain actionable understanding of their advertising strategies. As a key part of the team, you will be working cross-functionally with different departments like Marketing, Account Management, Ad Operations, Media Strategy, Product Marketing, and Consumer Research across Regional and Country teams. Together, we seek to scale GrabAds solutions while empowering advertisers to make informed decisions.

Get to Know the Role

Your role within the GrabAds Measurement team allows you to combine technical expertise in measurement with client-facing advisory functions. You will help clients unlock the power of data to improve their understanding of advertising effectiveness and guide them to better decisions for their businesses. Through your understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and measurement methodologies, you will contribute to scaling GrabAds adoption while reporting directly to the Head of Regional Measurement & Insights.

This is a fully onsite role at our Singapore's One-North Office

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

You will:

  • Lead end-to-end processes for designing, deploying, and concluding measurement initiatives that evaluate the ROI and value of advertising campaigns.
  • Create actionable best practices and frameworks for measurement methodologies to educate clients and support internal teams in making informed decisions.
  • Guide conversations with advertisers and agencies, presenting actionable insights derived from measurement studies and consulting sales teams on study designs.
  • Synthesize raw data into clear, impactful narratives and build dashboards or reports that influence strategic decisions across senior stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute measurement plans for key accounts, focusing on real-world business outcomes and leveraging first- or third-party solutions to test incrementality.
  • Provide data-driven pitches or narratives to support marketing and sales enablement efforts for account teams across Regional and Country-level teams.
  • Collect and analyze campaign-level insights to create thought leadership materials and foster greater awareness for GrabAds marketing solutions.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Media Measurement Expertise: 5–10 years working in media measurement or analytics roles, ideally at a digital advertiser, media agency, publisher, or research agency. Experience with tools like marketing mix modeling, attribution analysis, brand lift studies, or incrementality testing is essential.
  • Data Analysis Capabilities: Proficiency in handling large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and build data-driven recommendations through reporting or visualization tools.
  • Advertising Ecosystem Knowledge: A solid understanding of the digital advertising industry, evolving industry challenges, and how measurement drives decisions for advertisers.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience presenting compelling narratives to senior stakeholders or diverse audiences. Working in cross-functional environments, especially in a matrix organizational setup, is essential.
  • Project Management Skills: Excellent ability to organize time, prioritize tasks, and manage projects autonomously while maintaining focus on goals.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English is required for effective communication across the region; proficiency in a Southeast Asian language is valuable to cater to specific client needs.
