Get to Know the Team

The Campaign Management team helps ensure our campaigns launch smoothly as we continue to empower and help merchants grow in the platform through promotions and ads tools. As the Campaign Management team, we define and improve campaign acquisition processes from the SME segment to Enterprise segment on top of driving scaled campaign acquisitions through multiple campaign strategies.

Get to Know the Role

You will be based onsite and reporting to our Assistant Manager, MEX Onboarding and Campaign Management. As a Merchant Campaigns and Self Service Specialist, you will look into campaign acquisition trends, identify gaps in processes and improve it using AI or automation tools.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Campaign Management:

  • Help with campaign acquisitions strategies, from conceptualization to launch and post-campaign analysis.
  • Monitor campaign performance, opt-ins, analyze data, and provide regular reports on important metrics.
  • Define and maintain SOPs for AM workflows and lead AM/sales enablement such as campaign processes training, guides and templates.
  • Map workflows end-to-end, remove bottlenecks, and reduce cycle time and errors through automation opportunities and AI.
  • Collaborate and manage relationships with different team members, regionally and locally such as marketing, commercial teams, product development and project managers.

Self Service:

  • Support the go-to-market and adoption plan for self-serve promotions/ads tools across Malaysia; define target segments, use cases, and success metrics.
  • Work with Regional Self Serve Country Development team on enablement such as build guides, FAQs, training for the merchant-facing teams.
  • Partner with Commercial Onboarding and Regional Self Serve Country Development to improve promotion and ads education strategies for Malaysia
  • Run pilots and phased rollouts; capture feedback, prioritize enhancements, and represent Malaysia to regional product/marketing.
  • Collaborate and manage relationships with different team members, regionally and locally such as marketing, commercial teams, product development and project managers.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 or more years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated excellence in project management, coordinating different teams through projects to achieve high quality results on time.
  • Proficient in campaign tracking and performance analysis to interpret data, identify trends, and improvement areas.
  • Experience in relationship management between different teams.
  • Focus on data accuracy and comprehensive reporting, using AI tools or automation for constant improvements.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and SQL knowledge.
