The Mobility team is all about enhancing our users' transportation experience. We focus on improving our ride-hailing services, ensuring our drivers and passengers have a smooth experience.

We work on different projects, from optimizing routes to integrating new features in the app that make booking rides easier.

Get to Know the Role 

We are looking for one potential candidate to join our team as a Lead, Mobility Growth & Driver Strategy at Grab Mobility team. You will manage performance and improve business metrics including both Passengers and Drivers. Also, Collaborate with other function teams to build services growth strategy and support/lead on the roll-out of new services.

You will report to the Head of Mobility Growth & Driver Strategy.

You will work onsite at Ho Chi Minh City.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

1. Strategy Development: You will help develop strategies to improve new services/projects/workstreams and performance. This could involve conducting market research, analyzing the competitive landscape, and working with the team to develop and implement strategies on both Drivers & Passengers' front.
2. Go-to-market planning: You will manage the end-to-end process of bringing new projects to market, for both Drivers & Passengers, resolving any issues, and ensuring that the new services/product launch is successful.
3. Collaboration: You will work with other teams such as Product, Marketing, and Operations to guarantee a successful launch of new services/products and ongoing performance. This could include regular meetings to agree on goals and strategies, coordinating efforts, and resolving any issues.
4. Reporting: We are looking to prepare regular reports on product performance and business metrics for senior management.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Over 1 year of professional experience in technology companies, business, economics, or related fields.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management, business analysis, or comparable roles.
• Proficiency in data analysis with practical, hands-on experience.
