Get to Know the Team
This position operates within the Regional Operations Center of Excellence, focusing on orchestrating enhancement of process and system/ product for backend operations services for driver and merchant partners across markets. We are a team that:

Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Merchant Content Associate with primary responsibility to oversee the content management of merchants within our system. You are expected to ensure a seamless content update, configuration and maintenance process across different merchant segments, contributing to the success of our operations.
You will be based onsite in Grab Yogyakarta office. You will be reporting to the Merchant Content Manager.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Oversee the end-to-end process of content operations for merchants, ensuring a seamless integration into our platform with ultimate objective to maintain high quality merchant
- Implement strategies and procedures to improve the content operations process efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and enhance merchant satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams across all markets of Grab to improve workflows affecting merchant content quality.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the content operations process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to address any issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the content operations lifecycle.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in operations or a similar field is necessary .
- A history of managing and enhancing processes or similar operational workflows.
- Knowledge on process optimization.
