Job Description
Get to Know the Role
You will oversee the aftersales operations, especially on vehicle maintenance, body repair, process engineering, and data analysis. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will report to the manager and will work onsite in our pool in BSD Area.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Body Repair Management:
- Coordinate maintenance & body repair operations.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with repair shops and vendors to increase repair processes.
Process Engineering
- Analyze current after sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows to enhance service delivery
- Monitor and report on process performance metrics.
Customer Care:
- Address customer inquiries and complaints.
- Develop customer feedback mechanisms to improve service quality
Data Analysis
- Collect and analyze data related to aftersales operations
- Create reports to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Use data insights to improve service delivery.
Team Leadership:
- Manage the aftersales team, promoting a positive work environment.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
Collaboration:
- Work with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing) to align after sales strategies.
- Collaborate with external partners to enhance service offerings.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Promote a culture of safety within the team and during operations.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. With technical automotive background especially 4W vehicle
- Minimum 2 years of experience in after sales management in the automotive or rental industry.
- Experience working in Car Workshop handling maintenance or working as a foreperson, Service Advisor.
- Experience handling car maintenance both general repair & body repair
- Experience in data analysis
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development.
- Knowledge of General repair & regular maintenance processes and standards.
- Familiarity with process engineering methodologies.
- Proficiency in mechanical technical related with car such as grouping items, parts,
