We have taken care of our drivers since day one and ensure "Best in class Driver platform experience". Work here is inter-disciplinary – a combination of strategy initiative, data analyzing and operation.

Get to Know the Role

You will be a member of the Driver operations and Community team, a main function of managing supply over 100K across the country. This is hybrid role based in Bangkok. You will report to Senior Manager, Driver Acquisition & Management.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • You are in charge of all driver engagement channels; communications, community, event, training and driver loyalty program.
  • You will set direction and manage to balance business point of view/directions with expectation of our driver partners, for smooth initiative implementation.
  • You will create a content strategy on a variety of platforms including websites, blogs and social media to expand a company's communications in a way that achieves certain goals like traffic or product adoption.
  • You will create strategy, create high impact campaigns, and manage driver community across the country which aim for empowering and creating bond relationships with our partner drivers.
  • You will initiate monthly engagement activities to build relationships with driver partners.
  • Analyze metrics to determine the output and value of results and use the data to build on communications and engagement plans.
  • Promote driver stories to both internal and external parties, to increase awareness and create mutual understanding among drivers and the public.
  • You will build relationships with key vocal partners and KOLs.
  • Mitigate potential risks or negative impacts of incidents affecting Grab while managing the response to incidents, issues, or crisis situations.
  • Coordinate with other teams e.g., driver operation, marketing, and tech team to ensure smooth business operations among all internal collaborators.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • You will have 5+ years of related working experience
  • Identify relevant community metrics (e.g., repeat attendance at events)
  • Experience launching community plans (e.g., building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter)
  • Provide exceptional customer service and moderate both online and offline community interactions.
  • You will have excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
  • You show willingness for diligent work with a rigour to achieve team goals.
