Get to know the Team
You will sit within the Merchant Operational team in GrabFood Kalimantan. It is an established team responsible for leading crucial projects that affect the lives of our partners in Kalimantan. Your team will be made up of different functions focusing on Merchants and Engagement. Get to know the Role
Part of the core GrabFood Kalimantan and ROI (Rest of Indonesia) Team. Support the City General Manager and Merchant Operations team to improve the Grab merchant experience from identifying merchants' pain points, developing training materials and initiatives to improve merchant activation and engagement online and offline. You will be reporting to the manager and the role will be fully onsite.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:
- Lead the Merchant Operations team to provide a world-class experience for merchants.
- Build excellent processes and workflows to improve merchant engagement and experience.
- Manage smooth running of merchant community operations.
- Work with multiple stakeholders to support SMB merchant incubation and support.
- Oversee project management and reporting.
- Educate and train Grab merchant-partners about the latest product features through clear and engaging communication plans and webinars.
- Lead the team in organizing offline events, gatherings, and city-focused projects.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Need:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience in Operations
- Ability to speak Bahasa & English
- Experienced in planning and build complex tasks.
- Experienced in processing and translate data into insights that will be used to address merchant pain points and improve the merchant experience.
- Experience in Ms Excel / Google Sheet is a must and Word and PowerPoint.
- Placement in Samarinda and flexibility to travel around cities in Kalimantan.
