Get to know the Role:

  • You will plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives, manage budgets, and track targets. Leading the marketing efforts for GrabFood, you will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • You will report into the Marketing Manager and hybrid working in Malaysia.

 

Critical Tasks you will perform:

70% Marketing Communications and Go-to-Market Campaign Lead

  • You will responsible for the end-to-end design and execution of strategic campaigns including concept ideation, media and demand planning, go-to-market strategy and budget planning. React fast to mid-campaign performance and optimise in between campaign activities.
  • You will manage reporting and analysis across marketing campaigns, using data to drive better campaigns through a test and learn approach.
  • You will work with internal and external key stakeholders (e.g., PR, Digital Performance, Market Research, Agencies) as well as Business and Operations teams (e.g., Product, Commercial, Legal, Finance, BD) to ensure best-in-class consumer experience with your campaigns.

20% Lead Marketing Strategy

  • You will drive business growth across all target segments via acquisition and retention
  • initiatives that hit business objectives and build brand loyalty.

10% Curate Marketing Insights

  • You will work with our marketing analytics and consumer research teams to analyse insights into how consumers are using our platform and translate these into innovative campaigns.
  • You will collaborate with different stakeholders (including creative, media and social media agencies) to develop memorable output that inspires consumer confidence and action.

Qualifications

What Skills You Will Need

  • You have 2 years of experience in e-commerce and/or F&B marketing.
  • You have experience driving user engagement across online and offline platforms.
  • You have strong team and project management skills, including resource management.
  • You can effectively communicate priorities and targets.
  • You are familiar with the full marketing mix and know how to leverage channels for brand activation.
  • You are results-oriented, data-driven, and able to turn insights into successful marketing campaigns.
