Get to know the role

We're in search of a Senior Account Management to handle and develop our relationships with high-tier food merchants in GrabFood vertical. You will have sales expertise, ability to present ideas cohesively and have knowledge on food delivery products. This role is a golden opportunity to shape the future of our food delivery services. This is a fixed-term contract role to based in Makassar. You will be reporting to the manager and the role will be hybrid.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:

  • Improve business growth by managing relationships with high-tier food merchants, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Design implement sales strategies to retain existing merchants and win new ones in a competitive market landscape.
  • Develop tailored communications to provide updates, address any concerns of the merchants, and promote our products and services.
  • Collaborate with other teams to deliver high-quality service to merchants.
  • Provide insightful advice to merchants based on a thoughtful understanding of the food delivery industry trends, our products, and competitive landscape.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance analytics.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Need:

  • You will have min. 4 years of experience as a salesperson in enterprise or wholesale environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field that provides transferable skills.
  • Proven ability to strategize and build business development plans in the consumer goods sector.
  • Familiarity with food delivery products, including campaigns and omnichannel strategies, essential for expanding high-tier merchant business.
  • Experience researching and generating leads to assess company data, market trends, and industry research, influencing business strategy and team member engagement.
