We're in search of a Senior Account Management to handle and develop our relationships with high-tier food merchants in GrabFood vertical. The ideal candidate will have strong sales expertise, excellent communication, critical thinking skills, and a wealth of knowledge on food delivery products. This role is a golden opportunity to be at the forefront of shaping the future of our food delivery services while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

The Day-to-Day Activities

  • Drive business growth by managing and developing relationships with high-tier food merchants, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Devise and implement sales strategies to retain existing merchants and win new ones in a competitive market landscape.
  • Develop tailored communications to provide updates, address any concerns of the merchants, and promote our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and support to merchants.
  • Provide insightful advice to merchants based on a thorough understanding of the food delivery industry trends, our products, and competitive landscape.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance analytics.

The Must-Haves

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a salesperson for enterprise or wholesale stores.
  • Bachelor's degree from any background educating you with the necessary transferable skills.
  • Solid experience in strategizing and executing business development plans within a fast-moving consumer goods sector.
  • Extensive knowledge of food delivery products such as campaigns, ads, or omnichannel – A key requirement for strategizing business expansion of our high-tier merchants.
  • Proficiency in analyzing company data, market trends, and industry research to drive business strategy and influence stakeholders.
  • Successful track record in relationship management – A necessity for handling high-tier merchant accounts.
