Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a Senior Associate in the Mobility Business to boost growth and strengthen the transportation market in Thailand. A successful candidate will have strong data analysis and critical thinking skills, paired with the ability to manage and execute their projects independently. If you believe you have what it takes, we’d love to hear from you. In return, you will lead your own projects and see the tangible impact of your work, supported by your teammates.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

You will:

• Own and drive key business performance metrics, seeking opportunities to capture growth for the mobility business focusing on affordable services.
• Analyze large datasets to identify areas for marketplace improvement, propose action plans, and monitor the performance of initiatives.
• Manage multiple, time-sensitive initiatives with various stakeholders to ensure quick and effective execution.
• Conduct on-ground visits to key cities to gather insights and opportunities from both drivers and passengers, proposing growth strategies based on these insights.

What Skills You Will Need

• A Bachelor’s Degree or above in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, and or similar fields
• 2-3 years work experience
• A passion to solve problems, with strong quantitative, creative, data analysis and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and a flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced team environment
• Very good English proficiency
• Work experience in data analysis, project management
• SQL proficiency
