Get to Know the Role

As a Sales Operations Analyst, reporting to the Regional Sales Operations Manager, you will work closely with Sales Operations, Commercial, Product Analytics, and Finance teams. Your responsibility includes developing and implementing strategies, tools, and processes to enable the Sales teams to effectively promote and deliver services within Grab’s ecosystem. You will contribute to sales strategy, customer segmentation, organizational structure, process improvement, and business analytics.

The Critical Tasks You will Perform

  1. Sales Steering & Performance

    • You will act as a key business partner to the Commercial Country Head managing the Philippines and the Country Sales Managers.
    • You will lead the end-to-end execution of Country Market Planning and Business Reviews.
    • You will drive data into monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends for strategic and tactical business decisions.
    • You will support Country Sales Heads and Sales Teams to monitor and forecast revenue performance and other sales KPIs against quarterly targets.
    • You will provide sales and market data intelligence analysis for business cases using both internal and external data.
    • You will partner with Country Sales leadership to define and execute sales strategy, policies, processes, and business system requirements.
  2. Process Excellence

    • You will maintain the integrity of sales and customer data by driving adoption and proper usage of sales tools, including Salesforce.com.
    • You will enable access to sales data and KPIs via tools like Salesforce.com, Google Sheets, and Power BI.
    • You will enforce pricing and discount policies.
    • You will collaborate with Regional Operations Teams to roll out new solutions for improving the efficiency of Sales Operations processes in the country.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You will Need

  • Degree in Marketing, Finance, or Business.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business and sales operations, preferably in Adtech, SaaS, or B2B environments.
  • Keen interest in digital advertising sales and familiarity with Grab's ecosystem.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and enforcing cross-functional processes.
  • Independent self-starter with a 'can-learn, can-do' attitude.
  • Ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to influence and drive projects independently and advise junior team members on process effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results and adapt to changing business requirements, with strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Salesforce.com is required. Power BI and Tableau experience are advantageous.
