Get to Know the Role
We're looking for an Account Management (Ads Specialist) to lead Ads solutions for merchants. If you have experience with Ads solutions and SMB partners, we want to hear from you! Reporting to the Merchant Partner Manager, you'll support our merchants and team in growing GrabFood while enhancing your market expertise. This role is based in our Malang office with a hybrid work arrangement and is contract-based.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Create digital advertising strategies to boost merchants' visibility, engagement, and sales both in-app and externally
- Build relationships with diverse merchants in multiple cities, understanding their advertising needs and offering aligned solutions to grow ad sales.
- Track on ad performance, providing insights for improvement to enhance campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
- Work with marketing, campaign management, and product development teams to create cohesive advertising campaigns that meet our goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to refine advertising strategies and keep our offerings market-attractive
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital advertising within the online food delivery or e-commerce industry.
- In-depth understanding of digital advertising platforms like Google and Facebook Ads, and experience in app-based marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize ad performance, with experience in tools like Google Analytics.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC ads, and sales tools like Salesforce.
- Experience presenting advertising solutions to clients to influence their decisions.
