Get to know our Team:

This function operates within the Regional Operations Center of Excellence, primarily focusing on orchestrating enhancement of process and system/ product for backend operations services for driver and merchant partners across markets. We are a team that:

Get to know the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Merchant Content Associate with primary responsibility to oversee the content management of merchants within our system efficiently. This individual is expected to ensure a seamless and effective content update, configuration and maintenance process across different merchant segments, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

 

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:

  • Oversee the end-to-end process of content operations for merchants, ensuring a seamless integration into our platform with ultimate objective to maintain high quality merchant 

  • Implement strategies and procedures to improve the content operations process efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and enhance merchant satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with other departments and teams across all markets of Grab to streamline cross-functional workflows impacting merchant content quality.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the content operations process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to address any issues.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the content operations lifecycle.

Qualifications

The must haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations or a similar field is essential.

  • A proven history of managing and enhancing processes or similar operational workflows is highly desirable.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial. A keen eye for detail and a focus on process optimization are also important.
