Get to Know the Team

The ID Grab Kios Sales team is an integral part of Grab Kios, which has been established since the time it was named Kudo. The team is responsible for sales activities at Grab Kios and plays a crucial role in supporting the Grab Indonesia ecosystem, particularly in the realm of Digital Goods. The team is made up of passionate individuals who are enthusiastic about their work and are driven by a strong desire to progress and develop.
 

Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a Kios Regional Manager to handle and manage the team responsible for Kios retail sales and area growth in the West region. The ideal candidate has strong business and people development skills. This role is vital to our success, as we need a talented individual who can manage these responsibilities effectively. In return, you will have the opportunity to grow together with us.
 

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Accountable for meeting sales targets within the assigned area.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue across all products and regions through the management of Assistant Managers, ASOCs, field sales teams, and all sales channels including dealers, agents, and communities.
  • Government & Community Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with local government entities to secure community projects and strategize SME community-related initiatives.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key partners such as MEX Stores, Pareto Stores, Kios Stores, and VIP agents within the assigned area, providing top-notch service and support to achieve targets.
  • Team Performance Management: Monitor and track team performance, providing feedback and performance management as needed.
  • Report & Analyze: Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

The Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Have a minimum of 7 years' experience in Sales, preferably in direct sales with a background in FMCG, Telco, or Tech companies.
  • Experience in strategizing community outreach and engagement.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills, including managing freelancers or sales agents across a wide area, with a deep understanding of the character and demographics of various areas/provinces in Indonesia.
  • Have experience and knowledge of the retail sales process, data analysis, and understanding of sales and marketing strategy.
