Get to know the Role
We are looking for an energetic and resourceful high-achiever to lead the Product Operations in Cambodia & Myanmar - based in Phnom Penh (Grab Office). 

It is responsible for leading and supporting the business team looking into potential products launching to market to bring more value and adheres to the company’s visions. With this work, your responsibilities will include

  • You will be support Manager and engages with the Country Head’s working team members and the product vertical heads working team
  • You will be manage project end-to-end on product experimentation / testing, launching and scaling of key focus areas 
  • You will be responsible to build even better products with ground truthing to ensure the right market fit across regions that ultimately, deliver success to Grab.
  • You will be expecting to support on Map Operation related project as secondary tasks

Job Description

The Day-to-Day Activities:

Effective Stakeholders Management 

  • Mange the engagement with local stakeholders : business team to understand business’s day to day challenges, planning and direction
  • Mange the engagement with regional stakeholders : team problem statement owner and product to understand Regional road map of newly developed products, product go to market, product enhancements

Identify Potential Products

  • Talk with Regional stakeholders to identify and bring potential products into the market to boost business more value and adheres to the vision
  • Learning from other markets on their Best practices and apply those initiates in your assigned market (Cambodia and Myanmar)
  • User engagement with users (driver partners, passenger, merchant) to understand their real needs and discuss with relevant stakeholders on how to improve better

Effective Pre-Product Go To Market (Product Launching)

  • Build PMO for the product launching and ensure deliver within the scope, time and budget
  • Identify missing points during product testing to ensure on the official launch to users will not missed any part
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders manage users expectation on this new product

Effect Post-Product Go To Market (Product Launching)

  • Monitor business metrics after product launch
  • Monitor product metrics (click through rate, adoption rate) and initiate ways to increase

Other responsibilities: Leading Special Projects assigned by Manager

  • Boosting users contribution into GrabMap product to have an up to date information provide to partner driver and consumer (Manager will coaching on list to Do)
  • Engage and update business team on reliability, cities expansion related to Map
  • Building reports of product performance, map projects that assigned by Manager

Qualifications

The Must-Haves

  • At least 2 years of experience in product management, project management or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience of working with medium to senior management in any fields
  • Able to self lead, team lead and lead with others with experiences in leading a project management and product launch and have a good understanding of E2E product launch
  • Bachelor degree in a field providing strong foundational knowledge for the role, for example engineering, business and management, or computer science and information systems
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills
  • Energetic, detail oriented, enthusiastic and calm even in very dynamic and fast-paced working conditions
  • Experience in the F&B industry is an advantage
  • Able to maintain high quality standards and keep outserving partners while working under pressure
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
  • Fluent in both English and Khmer
