Get to know the Role

Your job is to support our local sales team in growing, training, and monitoring the team to ensure that sales goals are exceeded. Also support to handle some top partners to have better relations and strategic partnership.

The Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop a strategy to enter new GrabFood segments to maximize resources and business opportunities to achieve targets.
• Identify and build relationships/partnerships with top merchants, manage their performance and contribution to building the GrabFood merchant network.
• Monitor daily activities of the Account Management team to achieve their targets.
• Build, manage, and develop an Account Management team by leading, coaching, supporting, and motivating them.
• Coach and provide necessary training and development for all subordinates to support both current functional goals and long-term business growth.
• Support City Lead to manage reporting sales and on-ground insight based on your sense or team insight

The Must-Haves

• University graduate or higher education in business or relevant fields.
• Minimum 3-4 years experience in sales management with successful track records and a strong ability to develop winning teams.
• Good understanding and experience of the relevant industries including payment products, customers, partners, and merchants.
• F&B industry background is an advantage.
• Local Malang person is an advantage.
• English proficiency, Microsoft Office skills, and excellent time management and communication skills with excellent leadership skills, even under pressure condition.
