The 2W ID team is a fast-growing group responsible for scaling up the 2W (two-wheeler) vertical business in Grab Indonesia. We make an impact by identifying and addressing the needs of customers, driver partners, and other stakeholders within the 2W landscape. Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a Business Excellence Assistant Manager, 2W, to become a central point in the business unit, creating strategies and bringing them to life. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a structured thought process, and experience in large-scale growth initiatives, particularly in the 2W ride-hauling sector. This role is essential for creating strategic guidance and monitoring initiatives undertaken by multiple stakeholders to meet business objectives. In return, you will have the opportunity to learn a wide array of functional competencies, enabling you to assess business performance holistically.

 

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Create budget preparation guidance for the business unit by collaborating with multiple stakeholders to identify key levers.
  • Monitor P&L performance against budget, providing analysis and commentary on trends.
  • Participate in business scale-up initiatives, working with various stakeholders to turn strategy into actionable items.
  • Support the development and expansion of new business opportunities.
  • Gather industry and competitive insights to support demand-led and supply-led initiatives.
  • Analyze key trends in customer, driver, and partner satisfaction scores, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop business performance reports for use by multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

The Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia & English (written & spoken).
  • 2-4 years of experience (management consulting or strategic planning experience is a plus).
  • Industry insights in ride-hauling and transportation would be advantageous.
  • Strong foundation in data query/manipulation using SQL.
  • Experience with R, Python, or other statistical analysis tools is a strong plus.
