Get to Know the Role

We are looking for an Acquisition Lead to ensure the best experience for our new merchants and consumers. We believe a successful candidate has strong field knowledge and field experience. But if you believe you have what it takes we’d love to hear from you either way. This role is required because we need a brilliant candidate to help us grow our business through hyper-targeted new merchant acquisition and strategize to win the market compared to the competitor

The Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Define a list of new merchants that have the potential to grow.
  • Discover new potential areas to be acquired based on the consumer's density.
  • Create a journey plan for new merchants acquired to be active merchants with an incubation plan.
  • Communicate findings from data and analyses to stakeholders, influencing them to make the best decisions possible.
  • Develop a new approach for merchant acquisition in the expansion area.
  • Working with the operations team for the incubation process for new merchants.

Qualifications

The Must-Haves:

  • You have Heart, Hunger, Honour, and Humility.
  • Bachelor's degree in all education background, or equivalent experience/expertise.
  • Advanced written and spoken English.
  • 2-3 years of work experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong field analysis, with experience solving ambiguous problems using data and providing practical business insights.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Strategic and planning, and also the Strat Ops team.
  • Experience in data analysis using Google Sheets and SQL is a plus.
  • Location in Balikpapan
