Goodwill is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join our team!!  Great Opportunity for someone looking to grow with an amazing company.  As the HR Generalist, you will be responsible for assisting the team with general HR functions including; file maintenance, orientation and onboarding, HRIS management and supporting HR initiatives.  In this position you will learn the fundamentals of the HR Team and be poised for quick promotion to HR Business Partner.   The HR Business Partner supports the organization with the HR function as they fulfill the mission of Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania.  This is a great position for anyone new to the HR field and looking for a challenge!  

External Hiring Range:  $13.97 to $15.00/Hour                                                       Travel Required:  Local
