Looking for a job where YOU have control over your schedule??   If you have strong brand awareness and are interested in treasure hunting, then this position is for you in our e-commerce department. Our online department is looking for someone organized and motivated to join our growing online sales department. Knowledge of vintage, antiques, designer clothing and accessories is a plus.

Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania is looking for motivated, detail oriented candidates with a passion for fashion and a keen eye for housewares. While other retailers curate new merchandise on their sales floor this position will be responsible for curating collections of higher-end and donated vintage items that can be sold through our e-commerce department. The Vintage Curator for Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania will work within our 34 retail stores to find and hunt some of the exceptional items that are donated to Goodwill.  You will also research items for value, complete inventory tags and prepare them for transport to the E-commerce Department.  As the Vintage Curator you should feel comfortable communicating and sharing your knowledge with retail store employees so that the treasure hunt never ends even after your shift does.  The Vintage Curator will complete mini training sessions with staff at the end of each shift to promote employee growth and to increase revenue at the retail and e-commerce levels

This position reports to the E-Commerce Manager and works primarily Monday through Friday and gives you the flexibility to work around personal obligations. Evenings and weekends are up to you.  Reliable transportation is a must.  Previous leadership skills would be helpful as this position is required to communicate and assist in training store personnel at various times/locations.

External Hiring Range:  $10.00 to $11.00/Hour                                                      Travel Required:  Yes

Qualifications

Location:  118 52nd Street

Education:  High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience:  1 or more years’ experience with online merchandising selling on auction or similar site preferred
