 Goodwill is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to assist the E-Com Team in the growth of the “shopgoodwill.com. program.  Lots of room for growth!

What is shopgoodwill?  It's an online auction site much like E-bay, but exclusive to Goodwills around the country.  As the Assistant manager you will oversee a group of posting agents who list the many vintage and valuable treasures that come to Goodwill.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an eye for antiques, and vintage items as well as name brands.  Advancement opportunities avail as this department is growing!!!

This position requires knowledge in researching and authenticating vintage, antique and high-end designer brands.  Computer Skills are a must and E-Bay and internet research experience is highly preferred.  As an Assistant Manager you will be responsible for motivating a team to hit listing goals and monthly budgeted goals.  Strong written and verbal communication skills along with good Customer Service Skills are required.  This position is Full Time Monday through Friday daylight hours.

External Hiring Range:  $14.87 to $17.51/Hour                                   Travel Required:  Occasional

Education:  High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience:  4 or more years’ experience in a retail store or e-commerce experience required.  Store management experience preferred.  Must be comfortable utilizing web-based site to merchandise and sell product.  Will also consider an Associates Degree and 2 or more years’ experience as stated above.
