Job Description

The Industrial Services Manager will be responsible for directly supervising and coordinating the operations that support the Donation Processing Center and other designated business units including frontline staff supervision. This position will also coordinate with internal departments, to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, safety best practices, while meeting established production standards and supporting facilities management or other functions on an as needed basis.


External Hiring Range: $17.10 to $18.69/Hour           Travel Required: No
Location: Retail Fulfillment/Fayette
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: 6 or more years’ experience with any combination of experience in a production environment, working in a fee-for-service/sales setting with production goals, and /or supervisory experience. Supervisory experience preferred. Will also consider and Associates Degree or 60 credits towards a Bachelors Degree and 4 or more years’ experience as stated above, Consideration will also be given for a Bachelors Degree and 2 or more years’ experience as stated above.
