Our thrift stores are considered the "backbone' of the company by contributing nearly 60% of our annual revenues as well as offering training and employment opportunities for clients and consumers.
Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who will be responsible for supporting successful operation of the Peters Twp./McMurray PA. Retail Store.
Job tasks include:
Providing and coaching for excellent customer service.
Accurately performing transactions on a POS cash register system.
Merchandising the retail sales floor.
Supporting the maintenance of a clean, safe retail store.
Providing support for staff supervision and training.
Executing cash controls.
Opening and closing the store.
Supporting all management functions in the store.

Have at least 2 or more years’ experience in retail, including fast food, re-sale, or manufacturing/production
experience required, management experience preferred. Will also consider an Associates Degree and 1
or more years’ experience as stated above.
Have cash handling experience.
Have previous experience supervising others
Are interested in a fast paced retail environment.
Are passionate about providing and supporting high quality customer service.

HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:
40 hours per week. Days and hours are dependent on business needs. Occasional Overtime
SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:
Up to $15.45/Hour/ with incentives and Bonus potential. Starting Salary varies by store. Benefits include; PTO, 403-B Health, Dental, and Eye Insurances. RETENTION BONUS!!
