As a Store Manager at Goodwill, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of 30-40 dedicated individuals and contribute to our mission of supporting job training, education, and community programs. Your role will involve managing daily operations, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving donation production to generate funds for our programs.

Qualifications

  • High school or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of three (3) years related manager or supervisor experience.
  • Ability to operate Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to manage aspects of retail store as well as donation/inventory control.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills with both large groups and individual focus.
  • Proven track record to increase sales in a retail setting.
  • Some travel required.
  • Must have valid driver’s license and ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen.
