Goodwill Industries is seeking a Retail Training Store Manager for our Aiken, SC location.

The Aiken Store Manager will be the “first face” of Goodwill in the Aiken Community and will be responsible for the overall management of the Aiken retail operation, achieving budgeted revenue and expense while recruiting, training, and supervising retail staff in accordance with established policies and procedures.

 

Qualifications include an excellent communications skills and the ability to share the Goodwill story with customers and community members.  Prefer two years of management experience in either retail or warehouse setting.  Must be able to supervise and train in areas of shipping and receiving, pricing, stocking, merchandising, cashiering and customer service.
