The Laborer's primary responsibility is to follow procedures for counting, labeling, and preparing items for shipment.  Other duties may be assigned based on availability of product(s).  

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions regarding completion of job duties.
• Willingness and ability to prepare and package orders accurately while following proper procedures.
• Ability to apply correct labeling to items.
• Must be willing and able to work in an extremely busy environment requiring above-average organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure while accurately maintaining satisfactory progress and meeting established deadlines.
• Willingness to provide a high level of quality customer service to our internal and external customers.
• Must be willing to demonstrate professional demeanor in appearance, interpersonal relations, work ethic, and attitude.
• Must be willing to work as part of a team.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to exhibit reading, writing, and math levels equivalent of a high school graduate preferred.
• Must have ability to pass criminal background check.
• Must have ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.  Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and bend during the scheduled work shift.
