Central Pa's largest pool and spa company is currently seeking an experienced pool builder/installer to join the Renovation Team in an elevated field leadership role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of vinyl-liner pool installation, including measuring for liners and winter cover correct fit. in addition this individual will provide direct oversight of scheduling jobs, directing and supervising installation crews and insuring the quality of work performed. They will respond and manage any customers questions or concerns. The position will include site visits to residential pools to measure and plan for liner installations as well as safety covers. This is a year round, full time position. Generous salary for the person with experience in this field. The successful candidate will be a dedicated team player with the ability to manage others in an outdoor, residential construction environment.  This person will be able to direct their co-workers in successful achievement of their construction goals, while also interacting politely and respectfully with the client.  Establishing a strong working relationship with administrative staff will be essential. This person will be well-organized, reliable, safe, pragmatic, and self-motivated. A valid Pa drivers license is required.
