Central Pennsylvania’s leader in pools and spas is seeking retail assistant manager trainees. There are opportunities at several of our retail locations including Lancaster, Lebanon, Harrisburg or Carlisle. This retail position is extremely busy on a seasonal basis. Evenings and weekends are required throughout the year. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual.  As a specialized retail business, there is a lot to learn about water chemistry along with areas related to the pool and spa industry. Candidates must demonstrate a desire to learn specifics in regards to this specialized field. The motivated candidate will also demonstrate their desire to drive the store's retail success, assure customer satisfaction, and cultivate an exceptional customer experience. Experience in the pool and spa industry is helpful but not required. The motivated individual can be trained. The successful candidate will demonstrate a willingness to learn how to manage all facets of a retail business. Job would be a hands-on retail position requiring exceptional customer service, point of sale register work, stocking product, unloading deliveries, and general retail functions. This person will be a self starter who knows how to be organized and over time become a key member of a retail team. Base salary (commensurate with experience) and sales incentives.
