Job Description
The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a practiced Recruiting Coordinator to support GoodTime in its growth journey. Prior experience of the GoodTime HIRE platform is welcomed but not required. Being able to showcase our own GoodTime HIRE recruiting product during our own recruiting processes is key - a willingness to learn and become a SME in the GoodTime HIRE product is key.
Our ideal candidate will have prior Recruiting and/or Coordination experience and be confident operating as a self-starter owning all administration associated with the recruiting workflow, whilst also being confident rallying and aligning internal stakeholders to support the recruiting process.
Qualifications
What Success Looks Like:
Experience scheduling events and managing calendars in a fast paced environment.
Maintain an expert level understanding of the GoodTime Hire product (technical and workflow) and recruiting industry to identify new opportunities
Ensure the right data goes into our systems at the right time, so information about the customer is always up to date, accurate, and provides company wide transparency on the health and context and relationship with our customers
Build strong partnerships with our candidates and be a string representative for the GoodTime organization.
Must Have:
1-2 years of experience in Recruiting
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to clearly engage other and articulate requirements
Superior communication, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
Strong self-starter that thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, small team environment that is capable and willing to wear multiple hats
Ability to effectively partner cross functionally with engineering, product, sales, marketing, etc.
Nice to Have:
Experience using GoodTime Hire Product
Recruiting ATS and/or HR Technology experience
Bachelor’s Degree
