Job Description

Scope of position  

RIF Academy LMS Officer is responsible for managing the LMS Platform under the RIF Academy program. Her/his role is to maintain the platform effectively for 24/7 accessibility by the users ; and to resolve  issues encountered from all users.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Setting up and maintaining LMS Platform

  • Set up and customize LMS Platform for Good Returns partners
  • Provide training and ongoing technical support on LMS management to partners
  • Provide assistance to the RIF Academy program team on implementing eLearing activity for both in organization and stakeholders
  • Effectively lead the “Testing Environment” for all development cycle within the program 
  • Make sure that the LMS works properly and act fast if it comes to bugs and unexpected errors.
  • Help the learners with any issues with direct communication as well as perform as a standby agent support for the partners’s technical team through the helpdesk system.

KPIs:

  • LMS Platform functions are running smoothly and accessible 24/7
  • Onsite and off-site supports to all users, learners and partners are satisfied taken into account
  • LMS Administration Learning Materials are developed, localised and updated into HelpDesk system 
  • Provide capacity building on technical to RIF Academy partners and relevant stakeholders 

Other duties relevant to the position as required.

  • Provide support/join a wider team in exchange knowledge activities and in-house professional development.

KPIs:

  • At least once per year, conduct/support in-house training activities.

 

 

Qualifications

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

Essential

Ideally, the candidate will have appropriate graduate qualification and 3+ years relevant experience, and she or he should prove to:

  • Have satisfying technical and interpersonal skills (including satisfying computer skills and flawless business communication)
  • Have advanced organizational and time management skills
  • Have to be a quick-witted person eager to learn, with an eye for details
  • Have a dedicated approach and perfect understanding of organization’s policy and goals when it comes to learning.
  • to be completely familiar with the compliance requirements in organization.
  • to be ready to work on a given task over and over again, in order to come up with an impeccable solution.
  • Well understand web-based development process 
  • Be able to manage cloud base system
  • Well understand the programming language at least HTML,Javascript, CSS.
  • A passion for financial inclusion and the work Good Return do
