Solivita a premiere long term care company in Ohio is searching for an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our team of healthcare professionals at Sratford Care and Rehab located in Solon Ohio.

The LNHA will lead and direct the overall operations of the nursing facility in accordance with policies and procedures, customer and resident needs, and both State and Federal guidelines. The Administrator is also responsible for developing and maintaining employee relations, ensuring delivery of quality care and services while achieving business objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Ohio LNHA license
• Proven leadership ability with strong skills in operations, finance, marketing, administration, management, human relations, and governmental regulations
• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of reimbursement regulations, nursing practices/procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term administration
• Ability to interact and build partnerships with staff, residents, families, government agencies and the surrounding community
