This position is for the regional head of Ops Analytics Strat in NY. The candidate would focus on team management, technical oversight, and driving the regional strategy. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Own the local vision and day to day management of the team in NY 
• Oversee and mentor the team in its application of statistics, econometrics, and machine learning to perform forecasting, prediction, and pattern recognition for the support of data-driven decision making 
• Guide the use of data and analytics to answer business questions and make recommendations including design of its visualization delivery
• Drive and review the development of software to aid and streamline the application of analytics 
• Collaborate with end users, senior management, and our business partners to i

•  Total experience of 7+ years 
•  Experience in managing a team of at least five people 
• 4+ years of programming experience in a general purpose language (e.g. Java, C, Python, Scala) ? 
• Experience in probability, statistics, and regression analysis 
• Bachelor?s degree in a technical area (e.g. Math, Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering)
