Job Description
We are seeking a Service Representative to join our growing team. This position is geared towards any person who is good at customer/sales service and has basic computer skills.
Qualifications
Job responsibilities include:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
Provide pricing and delivery information
Process orders, forms, applications and requests
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Perform data entry
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while measuring and reporting efficacy to management
Good team skills to work with cross-functional team members
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Positive and professional attitude
