Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and strategic Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing Sales team. As a Junior SDR at GoWithFlow, you get the opportunity to lead the initial outreach to targeted (Commercial or Enterprise) accounts, globally, working in conjunction with the Sales and Marketing teams. In this role you will leverage creating marketing and sales tactics to prospect and engage with multiple buyer personas and roles to introduce GoWithFlow’s value. Your primary responsibility is to generate qualified meetings and pipeline for GoWithFlow’s Sales organization. The Junior SDR will be expected to report on qualification and call activity and stay thoroughly informed on GoWithFlow products and the sustainable mobility industry in general.

This is not a silo position. We want a collaborative and energetic individual that can contribute to the sales and marketing teams, work in a dynamic environment, deliver messaging and product feedback back into the marketing and product organization and work proactively to drive overall sales performance.

 

You will… 

  • Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects 
  • Be responsible for educating and developing prospects leading to hand-off to sales team 
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts 
  • “Cold call” into prospects generated by variety of outside sources 
  • Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solution to begin sales cycle 
  • Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle 
  • Set appointments for GWF sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage 
  • Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with an account executive 
  • Drive attendance for webinars and live seminars, set meetings for conferences 
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach 
  • Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application 

Qualifications

  • Junior profile with around 2 years of successful experience in sales development
  • Proven experience generating qualified leads in a Business-to-Business market
  • Ambitious self-starter that can effectively process inbound inquiries, identify account targets and creatively find ways to get in front of a prospect, and identify qualified leads and opportunities
  • Relationship selling skills - ability to manage sales calls at varying levels of customer accounts
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills with a positive and energetic communication presence
  • Proficiency in English - written and spoken (eliminatory - only applications submitted fully in English will be considered). Other languages are a plus
