Go-globally is a Helsinki based consulting company serving online businesses which aims to operate globally. 

For projects related to one of our clients we are looking for ambitious soon to graduate student for unpaid traineeship as Sales Manager Trainee. It is great opportunity to gather valuable work experience and coaching in globally operating business in return for work.

Our customer Booksy.net is global provider of appointment booking, CRM and communication tool for Health and beauty sector. Currently company operates in 9 countries from USA, Brazilian, Argentina, UK, Poland, India, Philippines and Singapore. Your job will be to assist in sales management process, undertake execution of assigned projects and tasks for Booksy.

International Sales Management:

• Knowledge sharing platform for sales
• Set up of sales process into CRM
• Leads research sales campaigns from social media (Instagram)
• Inbound marketing campaigns via emailing 
• Recruitment page and online recruitment tool
• Structured sales interviews for sales personnel 
• Set up of global sales reporting and cross-country competition 
• Global Competitors comparison

Operational tasks

• Look for new coworking space
• Assistance in daily managerial and Operational task 
• Localisation of platform into Finnish language (if speaking Finnish)
• Assistance in setup of operations in South Africa

• Person eager to learn and is a fast learner
• Great communication skills in written and spoken English
• Finnish is an advantage but not a must 
• Tech savy already did some work with multimedia creation (videos, presentation, web pages, etc)
• You want to develop your career towards international sales and marketing in online businesses
