Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team at Glocient Hospitality. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to promote our brand and drive business growth. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

  • The ideal candidate can effectively manage marketing operations, such as the production and deployment of marketing collaterals, visibility materials of various formats, installation of brand activation/experience points, coordinating regulatory approval of communication messages, etc.
  • The right candidate can project manage brand activations/retail executions/market facing initiatives across various customer touchpoints, delivering on time and in full (OTIF).
  • The right candidate can strike the balance of a pleasant personality that endears him/her across functional stakeholders in a Holding Company/subsidiary structure, and at the same time able to drive marketing projects/activities across the finish line.
  • Possesses core skills such as writing reports, developing marketing proposals, making presentations, coordinating alignment meetings, project meetings, operationalizing projects into deliverables, executing, logistics, and other marketing operations activities.
  • The right candidate has a good background/training/experience from key marketing discipline and/or allied sectors such as events/retail/activation agencies, creative agency, experiential agencies, etc.
  • Sound commercial acumen, able to justify marketing activities in terms of ROI and business value.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, events, and partnerships.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, PPC advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies, including creating engaging email content, managing subscriber lists, and optimizing email deliverability and open rates.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and external agencies to align marketing strategies with business objectives and sales targets.
  • Plan and coordinate events, webinars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and engage with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and technology solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably within the Hospitlaity industry
  • Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Bitrix24) is a plus.
