We are looking out to hire a reliable and well-experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to help achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team while designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and market value.

Job Description

  • Coordinating and leading of all sales and marketing strategies and development.
  • Understand the business need of the organization, consumer needs, and identify current trends in the industry.
  • Research and develop marketing plans and suggest techniques that will actualize the goals of the organization.
  • Implement new sales plans, sales strategies, marketing, and advertising strategies.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with key clients, stakeholders, or partners within the business and externally to understand their needs.
  • Compile data and draft reports on current trends in the market.
  • Manage the marketing and sales team by organizing training, symposium and coaching them to meet team’s goals and objectives.
  • Implementing social media strategies.
  • Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
  • Ensure the organization stay current in the business trends by attending conferences and workshops.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in marketing, business administration or any related fields and a master’s degree will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a must.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in marketing and sales in tourism or hospitality.
  • Understanding the knowledge of sales and marketing.
  • Should have people management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communicator, with interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to coach and drive the sales team to achieve and exceed expectations.
  • Strong data, organizational, analytical, and creative skills
