Job Description

 

  • Coordinate and schedule pilot training activities to include: initial courses, upgrades and recurrent training
  • Liaise with flight training providers, in order to organize and optimize training slots
  • Establish contact to the different Civil Aviation Authorities in order to ensure smooth flow of pilot licensing
  • Provide support to Flight/Ground instructors when necessary
  • Work closely with other GlobeAir departments 
  • Update and maintain all training and licensing documentation in GlobeAir database 
  • Ensure all flight crew comply to EASA legal requirements and satisfy GlobeAir standard operating procedures
  • Organize and process flight crew uniforms 
  • Assist during the recruitment process
 

Qualifications

 

  • At least one-year previous training administrative experience in aviation training department 
  • Knowledge and understanding of the crew training and licensing requirements set by EASA 
  • Excellent English language skills (verbal & written)
  • Very good MS Office skills and comfortable in using other software
  • Impeccable attention to detail to ensure a high-level of accuracy 
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize work and multi task
