Job Description

This position is a key technical member responsible for development activities related to the overall system design and development for ServiceNow catalogs using ITSM and CSM modules. Partnering closely with the internal technical teams, process owners will research and drive innovative initiatives to enhance the ServiceNow products and tools to facilitate platform maturing.

To be considered for this position, applicants must have unrestricted work authorization within the Philippines.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Perform requirements gathering, functional and technical design, development, testing, deployment, in ServiceNow. The work will be a mix of project work, enhancement work, and ongoing application support.
  • Gaining full understanding of the client’s current business processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the client organization to capture and document a comprehensive set of business requirements.
  • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
  • Must have experience in developing complex catalog development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements for new functionality.
  • Implement custom applications, modules, and workflows within ServiceNow.
  • Perform continuous development, improvement, and maintenance of existing ServiceNow modules.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities to ensure smooth and efficient operation of ServiceNow applications.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including development specifications, system designs, and user guides.
  • Provide end-user training and support for ServiceNow applications.
  • Stay updated with ServiceNow platform updates and new features, and assess their relevance to our organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.

Qualifications

  • At least 4+ years development experience on ServiceNow
  • Hands on experience in implementing Servicenow ITSM or CSM modules
  • Accreditations / ServiceNow Certified System Administrator(CSA), CIS-ServiceNow certified. Other ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
  • Diversified experience in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation as a Developer of ServiceNow and ITIL processes.
  • Successful history of collaboration with teams that deliver on operational priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a virtual, global team environment
  • Experience in multiple application architectures and supporting technologies
