We obtain distressed single family properties and secure those properties at substantial discounts. GVE specializes in opportunistic real estate investments. Through joint venture structures, we partner with entrepreneurial operating partners possessing significant local market knowledge and a demonstrated track record of success.

We are looking to form a joint partnership (per deal) with experienced RE investors in various states to help us carry out our wholesale/Co-wholesale deals. We run our operation virtually and have interests in investing in other states/markets what we need is investors in those states to help us make the deal a success we feel everything is better if we work as a team, We don't mind splitting profits. Everyday we are presented with great deals from investors in almost every state that don't mind sharing the profits if we bring a buyer to close on a property. What we're looking for is a professional with a solid buyers list with serious buyers ready to purchase.

Your key responsibilities duties include:

• Visit property to CONFIRM if it's a good deal. (We will not ask you to visit a property if you feel that the property is not a good deal)
• Assist with putting together a deal package for end buyer  (If or when needed)
• Assist with closing the deal(s).
• Collect profit from closing
• Take photos of property (If or when needed)
• Assist with whatever else that's needed.
  

• Solid Cash Buyers list with SERIOUS BUYERS.
• Experience with Wholesaling a flipping homes
• Ability to identify and solve problems.
• Very knowledgeable in your market.
• A skilled negotiator.
• Outstanding sales and people skills.
