Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented multi-tasker to join our team as an Administrative Manager.

As our Office Manager, you will be a proactive jack-of-all-trades capable of executing projects start-to-finish, driving day-to-day office operations, and supporting the accounting function with bookkeeping responsibilities.  You will interact with all team members on a regular basis, with a special focus on acting as the Executive Assistant to our leadership team.

 Your responsibilities will be:

  • Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the Dubai office, including answering phones, greeting guests, and ensuring that everyone (employees and guests) have a delightful experience in our office.
  • Keep supplies, equipment, and snacks stocked, as well as keeping the office organized and clean
  • Receive incoming mail/package deliveries as well as assist with outgoing mail/packages
  • Manage external suppliers and vendors
  • Assist with event planning and management including food ordering, vendors, contracts, guest lists, etc.
  • Partner with our People and Marketing teams to co-manage team and office events, holiday parties, happy hours, lunches, etc.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and off-boarding, as needed
  • Point of contact for basic office maintenance, including building access
  • Other ad-hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (Finance or Business preferred)
  • Office management experience - minimum 2 years
  • Exceptional attention to detail, including accurate financial reporting and management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interest in learning new or improving existing skills, and suggesting process improvements
  • Ability to function well in a high-expectation/low-oversight environment; an independent thinker and self-starter
