Job Description

We are seeking to hire a Receptionist to join us. The Receptionist will be responsible for a wide range of day-to-day administration requirements to ensure a functional and efficient office environment. The Receptionist will support operations, accounting, human resources, and provide general administrative assistance to the project sites when necessary.

Salary range: $44000 - $54000 per year.

Responsiblities

·        Meets and greets all visitors in a positive, friendly manner

·        Provides primary phone support, answering all incoming calls and queries and transferring to appropriate parties

·        Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form

·        Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team

·        Professional interaction with all levels of staff within the organization from the

·        front line to senior executives

·        Exhibits a polite and professional manner at all times

·        Handles monthly posting of accounts payable invoices

·        Establishes and maintains accounts with local suppliers for miscellaneous ítems for the office

Qualifications

·        At least 2-3 years’ experience as an Office Administrator (in the construction industry preferred)

·        Business Administration or IT Certification preferred

·        Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)

·        Responsible for running various accounting reports and maintaining financial spreadsheets

·        Advanced knowledge of construction practices and contract documentation

·        Superior written and verbal communication skills (preparation and proofreading of documents)

·        Ability to show discretion with confidential and/or personal material

·        Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines with poise and confidence

·        Ability to multitask and prioritize workload, handling various job responsibilities at once (arranging meetings, phone messages, correspondence, etc.)
