GCM understands the challenges companies face when it comes to the skills and experience needed to fill the void of the day to day function.  Organizations need to reduce training and labor costs but at same requiring the best "talent " for the job. 


Qualifications

Training Hours: 10:00am - 6:30pm ( 3 weeks) / Monday - Friday

Monday - Friday Perm Hours 11:30am - 8:00pm


Service Support Representative needs 1 – 2 years of experience in a professional business environment


Service Support Representative  requires:

  • Knowledge of vision benefits and/or insurance industry a plus
  • Call Center
  • exceptional customer service

Service Support Representative  duties:


  • Interface with providers to verify member eligibility and authorize services
  • Review claims details, research payment issues, investigate provider network details
