Qualifications

Customer Care Specialist needs 1 year experience


Customer Care Specialist requires:

  • •Proficient in Microsoft programs: Excel and Word
  • •Experience working in Human Resources and Payroll
  • Systems experience/acumen (non- programming)
  • SAP systems user experience is a plus

Customer Care Specialist duties:

  • assist the HR Operations and Payroll teams in resolving tickets,
