Qualifications
Corporate Recruiter needs 5 years recruiting / sourcing experience in
a corporate or staffing agency environment with at least 1 year in
recruiting for a technology company.
Corporate Recruiter requires:
- Detail oriented
- Talent acquisition
- Staffing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Applicant tracking system
Corporate Recruiter duties are;
- Consistent follow up with stakeholders to ensure staffing plans and objectives are being met
- Cold call, manage email campaigns, network and perform other searches for qualified candidates
- Build and maintain proactive relationships with potential candidates to create a pipeline of talent.
