Qualifications

Account Support Representative must have 3+ years customer relations experience.


Account Support Representative experience must also include:


Mail & print environment


Printer setup, configs


Digital front ends


PC savvy


Networking, basic


MAC


Account Support Representative duties include:


Account,, client support


Lift 50lbs


Travel to accounts supported using reliable dependable transportation


Ensures key contact list for all clients is maintained and available
